SLASC Presents: Preserving Liberty – Collections and Archives at the Statue of Liberty National Monument

Join us for a conversation with Matthew Housch, Curator of Collections and Archives at the Statue of Liberty National Monument. Matthew will walk us through the work of preserving the historical treasures of Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Hear firsthand about the unique challenges involved in maintaining these collections, and discover how they help tell the story of immigration, freedom, and American identity.
