Self nominate for a SLASC Executive Committee position and apply for an SLA ’16 Travel Award!

The SJSU Special Libraries Association Student Groups cordially invites all students to nominate themselves for the following open positions:

Open officer positions

• Programming Director

We have exciting news! SLASC has a $1000 travel scholarship available for SLA ’16 in Philadelphia! This scholarship will be awarded to an Executive Committee member including current nominees, with priority given to nominees for the Vice President/President-Elect positions. To apply, send an email to sjsu.slasc@gmail.com with the subject line Self Nomination/Travel Award Application. Submit a short paragraph (no more than 150 words) explaining what you hope to gain from the conference.
