The Secretary Team is responsible for organizing the Executive Committee meetings including but not limited to, creating agendas, creating and hosting the Zoom meeting, taking minutes, recording the meeting, and distributing communications about meetings to the entire EC.

The Assistant Secretary’s responsibilities include:

  • Transcribing meeting in conjunction with the Secretary
  • Submitting meeting notes to Secretary for compilation
  • Serving on Hospitality Team
  • On a rotating basis, taking the lead on Secretarial duties during the year
