Are you interested in animation and love Disney movies? Curious to learn more about working in a special library such as Disney’s Animation Research Library? If you answered yes, you are invited to join the SLASC for a free, in-person tour of the Disney ARL in Burbank, CA!

On Friday, June 8th at 2 pm, members of SJSU’s SLASC will be given a priceless opportunity to go behind the scenes at this fascinating and unique special library! Students will be able to see first-hand how materials are collected, stored, and maintained, while interacting with staff. This promises to be an eye-opening event filled with valuable and practical insights, and chances to connect with other students. Additionally, this tour will provide participants with an outstanding experience for eportfolios! Please consider joining us on this rare occasion to learn and network in such an amazing environment. Arrangements will also be made for a pre or post-coffee.

Space is limited, but we have room for 10 more SJSU iSchool students who are interested!
