Part I: Introduction to the Human Lifecycle of DAM

January 15, 2020, 6PM

Today’s businesses need tools to create personalized customer experiences, producing more content faster, across more channels than ever before, just to remain competitive in the global marketplace. DAMs are the hub of this content supply chain that spans enterprise marketing and creative operations, often integrating other mission critical marketing technologies like Content Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Market Resource Management (MRM), CRM, Web2Print, and social networks. But when you look at why DAMs fail, you consistently see that the technology and the people were never inline. This session emphasizes how to successfully work with the human side of DAM from inception to integration, implementation and continuous improvement. Learn how to engage stakeholders, inform management, capture metadata, define governance, develop user communities and feedback loops, while constantly optimizing across functions. Understand how to incorporate the Human Lifecycle of DAM into any DAM initiative.

Part II: The Magic of Change Management: Integrating Humans, Processes, and Technology

Feb. 12, 2020, 6PM

Feedback loops and constant communication are core to onboarding technology successfully. As the media supply chain shifts and impacts your enterprise operations, you need perspective from sponsors, stakeholders, internal and external customers, vendors, and partners. Gain a true understanding of how they work, how that aligns with business processes and deliverables, and what technologies are in use today (that work or don’t work and why). Learn how to identify the intersection of humans, processes and technology in its current state and develop a future state vision that works.

Part III: Reinventing DAM with Emerging Tech: AI/ML, Blockchain, 3D, IoT, and 5G

Mar. 18, 2020, 6PM

Let’s explore the impact of emerging technologies on the content supply chain which is constantly being reimagined to increase ROI. In this session, we will explore how DAM solutions have adopted features and functionality of AI/ML, blockchain, 3D, IoT and 5G. Look at the impact and value of these emerging technologies to DAM users. Gain a solid understanding of what each of these technologies offers and how it impacts the future of DAM.

Part IV: Welcome to the Real World: DAM, Your Brand, and Career

Apr. 29, 2020, 6PM

Looking ahead for a new job or professional advancement now that you have your new certification or degree? Learn how to manage your personal brand online and in real life with best practices for online job sites, social media and how to make your resume stand out. Consider DAM industry verticals for growth opportunities. Practice tools for getting past the recruiter to the hiring manager, nailing tough interviews, abolishing imposter syndrome, collaborating with diverse teams, and how to use interest-based negotiation strategies to get what you want.
