Charlotte Roh (University of San Francisco) will kick off the morning with our opening talk about open access gains and continued existing barriers. We have a diverse group of presenters and topics. A number of California State University (CSU) campuses, University of California San Francisco, Kaiser Permanente, University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, Worldreader, and the CSU Chancellor’s Office are among the presenters’ institution affiliations. The day will conclude with John Wenzler (CSU East Bay) who will consider the paradox of scholarly communication in the digital age.
