Join us Thursday, February 20 at 5:30 PM (PT) for a collaborative session with career expert Jill Klees as she discusses How to Highlight Your Technical and People Skills on Your Resume and Cover Letter. Ms. Klees will discuss the basics of crafting a well-developed resume, as well as share tips and provide examples of how to highlight technology skills on the job search resume and cover letter.
Klees, who serves as SLIS Career Center Liaison, has worked in the career coaching field for over 15 years in both academic and corporate environments. She gained extensive experience working in startup, non-profit and technology-based industries, providing career-related services in the Silicon Valley marketplace. She also has experience developing innovative tools and resources to prepare her clients for the workforce and is highly skilled in helping her clients determine their unique talents and strengths. She holds a Master’s in Counseling from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
