Join us for a conversation about the recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and its effects on library and information science (LIS). 🤖 This event features Dr. Ghosh & Dr. Hofman, two SJSU iSchool Professors and active ASIS&T members. 🤝🏻They will discuss the importance of AI, and the opportunities it presents in research, libraries, and beyond. 📚
Additionally, we will be learning about the upcoming ASIS&T professional development opportunity known as the IDEA Institute. 💡 A 4-day intensive and interactive event, featuring 18 webinar-style sessions that help LIS professionals get up to speed on this emerging technology. 🧑🏻💻
