Connect Over Coffee Virtual Networking Event

Hosted by the ALA Student Chapter

Thursday, March 25, 6:00 pm PT

Register via Zoom

The ALA Student Chapter invites you to attend a special networking event with iSchool alumni. This is an opportunity to meet with working professionals to make connections, ask questions, and benefit from their advice. As alumni, they can offer a unique perspective on how to apply your LIS skills in your career development. In addition, Courtney Dalton from the New Members Round Table (NMRT) will talk about the benefits of involvement in the American Library Association.

Following the main event, there will be an “after party” from 7:00 to 7:30 pm for alumni and students to socialize. This is an opportunity for us to thank Debbie Faires, our faculty advisor, for her years of support to the ALA Student Chapter, and wish her well for the future following her retirement this year.
