The ALA Student Chapter invites you to attend this special webcast where participants get to practice interviewing for a job during mock interviews with each other. iSchool career counselor Jill Klees will also be on hand to share interviewing tips and strategies and answer questions. This is a great opportunity to learn about interviewing in the LIS profession and gain practical experience with answering interview questions.
During this virtual meeting, participants will be divided into pairs using the “breakout rooms” feature in Zoom. In pairs, students will get the opportunity to ask and answer common questions that may be asked at job interviews for information professionals.
