Please join ALASC for our Health Sciences all-day library tour on October 17th, 2014! All students are welcome, regardless of membership in ALASC!!
We will be visiting two libraries during this tour, the UCSF Parnassus Library and the SF General Hospital Barnett-Briggs Library.
The Schedule:
Parnassus Library
9:30- general tour of library
10-11- discussion and Q&A
11- tour of archives
12 – lunch near Parnassus with librarians
SFGH Library
2PM – Staff introductions/question and answer
3PM – Library Tour

Parking/Public Transportation Information:
● Here’s the parking info for the Parnassus Library, which is $4 per hour: http://www.ucsfhealth.org/maps_and_directions/parking/
● The Parnassus library is also accessible by Muni on the N-Judah line, which connects to Bart.
● We will also get help to take the free UCSF shuttle, or you can drive to the SFGH Library, if you don’t want to return to Parnassus.
● Here’s link to the google map of the library and the parking garage. The rate at this parking garage is approximately $1.50 per hour.
