Telephone interviews are an increasingly common avenue for LIS employers to conduct a “get-to-know-you” session before inviting applicants to in-person or video interviews.
ALA’s Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA), in conjunction with the New Professionals LIS Outreach Team, will be hosting a free webinar on effective telephone interviewing on Friday, June 5, 10-11 a.m.
