SAASC is now accepting nominations for the following positions:
VICE CHAIR (one position)
Responsibilities Include:
- Assume the office of the Chair should the position be vacated during the stated term of office.
- Assume the duties of Chair when he/she is absent.
- Assist with any functions designated by the Chair.
- Plan, coordinate, promote, and facilitate events in cooperation with the Executive Committee and general membership.
- Identify and announce events that are external, but relevant, to SAASC.
- Form ad hoc committees as needed.
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR – TWITTER (multiple positions)
Responsibilities Include:
- Supports Secretary with social media presence.
- Manages Twitter channel with steady stream of tweets, retweets.
- Promotes events, including live tweeting, and other chapter activities.
- Monitors relevant Twitter feeds and retweets posts as appropriate.
