Esperanza del Valle Scholarship

REFORMA del Valle Central seeks to support and encourage MSLIS students who are interested in serving the Latinx community in Kern, Tulare, Kings, Fresno, Madera, Merced, Mariposa, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties in California.

E̲l̲i̲g̲i̲b̲i̲l̲i̲t̲y̲

1. Currently attend or be accepted to an ALA accredited Institution for Fall 2021
2. Be bilingual/bicultural (Spanish/English) and/or committed to working with the Latinx/
Chicanx community
3. Be a resident of the counties served by REFORMA del Valle Central: Kern, Tulare, Kings,
Fresno, Madera, Merced, Mariposa, San Joaquin, and Stanislaus Counties in CA.

We will begin accepting applications on March 15, 2021.
Applications will close on May 1, 2021
