A: Practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks

Q: What is the “red team?”

A:  A group of cybersecurity individuals who pretend to be an enemy, attempting to intrude through physically or digitally

Q: What is the blue team

A: A group of cybersecurity individuals who are defending the system. Analyzing logs and filtering through to find any vulnerabilities. If any are found, they will resolve and recover
