On January 11, the Spring 2017 Student Associations Panel featured various SJSU iSchool groups. Communications Director Kate Spaulding did us proud with her presentation on behalf of SJSU’s\u00a0SLA Student Chapter. Each presenter\u00a0spoke briefly about their group’s focus, events, and member benefits, as well as answering audience questions.<\/p>\n

There were about 50\u00a0people in virtual attendance, which was great to see! It’s always encouraging to see\u00a0people interested in becoming engaged in our school’s various student associations. Remember,\u00a0membership is FREE\u00a0and\u00a0you can decide what level of involvement works best for your schedule — we’re always happy to welcome\u00a0new members, even if you don’t have a lot of time to participate!<\/p>\n
