iSchool Connext officers are elected by the iSchool student and alumni body for each academic year at the end of the preceding spring semester. As iSchool Connext is a combined student and alumni group, we strive to balance the officer positions between students and alumni.

TREASURER

David Fournier
I am planning to graduate Fall 2017 from the iSchool at San Jose State University. Currently I work for the San Jose Public Library, and as a graduate student assistant in the Special Collections department at San Jose State University.

I have explored public, academic, and archival librarianship during my time in the iSchool. The people that I have worked with have always encouraged me to try new things, and I would encourage any other students to do the same.

BLOG CORRESPONDENT

Holley Cornetto

Holley Cornetto
Holley Cornetto completed her BA in History at William Paterson University of New Jersey. Since that time, she has worked in the publishing industry. She started work toward her MLIS degree in the spring of 2016. Her interests include information literacy education, instructional design, and using social media in education. When she isn’t working, Holley volunteers her time in the library at Passaic County Community College.

Holley currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters, two Guinea pigs, and a dachshund named Emmett. She has an annoying habit of researching everything to death before making a decision, and has an innate inability to walk past a bookstore without going inside. Her goal is to eventually work as a Reference and Instruction Librarian.
