Join iSchool Connect for our upcoming 30-minute presentation by current member and iSchool Connext secretary, Karlene Clark. Karlene will draw on her own experience as the Coordinator of Circulation Services & Student Employees at University of North Dakota’s Chester Fritz Library. She will discuss the differences and strengths of managers and leaders, explaining why it is a myth that everyone can be a leader and why both are needed within organizations – especially libraries.
