ASIS&T SC and SAASC are excited to invite you to our 2-part Transcribe-A-Thon event! \nIn Part 1\, we will become familiar with the Transcription Center  website\, browse the various active collections\, and give transcribing a try ourselves. \nHeld a week later\, Part 2 of the event will involve learning more about how the Smithsonian Institution harnesses the power of their digital volunteers & exchange stories about the artifacts we’ve transcribed over the week. \nCan’t make the zoom events? No worries! During the week of the 29th\, feel free to stop by the SAASC Discord server for chill working sessions on Tuesday\, Wednesday & Thursday.
