You will get to know one of our peers in their new professional role as an information specialist. You will catch a glimpse of one student&#8217;s\u00a0 experience as virtual and on-site intern working in information literacy. <span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">You will learn the steps of creating a successful team presentation for professional associations.\u00a0<\/span>You will also read about how one student chose virtual\u00a0involvement as a way to network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you have not yet submitted a piece for publication in the <em><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">iSchool Descriptor<\/span><\/em>, then I encourage you to do so. We seek to publish internship and fellowship recaps, book reviews, job experiences, comics, event attendee summaries, poetry, and any other LIS content that you feel is worth sharing with and beyond our iSchool community. If you have an idea, please contact us at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:alasc.descriptor@yahoo.com\"><span style=\"color: windowtext;\">alasc.descriptor@yahoo.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\">. Who knows?
