This preconference workshop will examine the NMRT Presidential theme &#8220;You Belong Here&#8221; by considering how the library profession can create more inclusive environments that address imposter syndrome and encourage individuals to bring their whole selves to their work. As a discussion-based workshop, we will examine the tension between self-expression and externally defined ideas of &#8220;professionalism&#8221; in the library workplace.
