The award winning ALA Student Chapter at SJSU was founded in 1994 and is the 42nd<\/sup> student chapter of the ALA. We are also a Recognized Student Organization at SJSU. We have won the Student Chapter of the Year award for a total of 4 times.<\/p>\n

Join our team!<\/p>\n

Create programs and events to interest your classmates. Gain leadership skills. Boost your resume. Get competency evidence for your ePortfolio. Most importantly: Have fun and make some new friends!<\/p>\n
