If so, consider taking LIBR 298: Trendspotting and Professional Socialization with Patty Wong (sections 07\/08 for JCLC; sections 16\/17 for CLA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>JCLC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instructor Patty Wong will host an insider\u2019s view of the conference as the platform for the course.\u00a0 Students will learn more about various styles and techniques about networking, craft a short introduction in meeting new colleagues, engage in dialogue with a number of library leaders in tailored and more intimate conversations during class sessions held at the conference, participate actively in conference sessions, and earn a one unit credit for participation.\u00a0 Conference will be held from September 19-23, class sessions will be held daily.\u00a0 Early bird registration closes July 11.
