Zoom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with other officers to create graphics for social media posts, newsletters, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help update\/spruce up org website if and when needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of any and all creative files in both the org Google Drive and Canva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend and contribute to monthly officer meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Officers Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The AANHPI iSchool student group is run by an executive committee of officers who meet monthly to plan for events and activities for the organization. Officers work together as a team and build leadership experience that may satisfy many competency requirements of their iSchool degree programs, such as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ischool.sjsu.edu\/mlis-program-learning-outcomes\"><strong>MLIS Competencies<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C. Articulate the importance of designing programs and services supportive of diversity, inclusion, and equity for clientele and employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D. Apply the fundamental principles of planning, management, marketing, and advocacy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E. Design, query, and evaluate information retrieval systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H. Demonstrate proficiency in identifying, using, and evaluating current and emerging information and communication technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M. Demonstrate professional leadership and communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O.
