Beth will discuss the importance of understanding early childhood development and literacy skills and how important understanding ECL will be in programming and services in environment in public libraries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPEAKER BIO:<\/strong><br \/>\nBeth Wrenn-Estes is a full-time faculty member at SLIS. She teaches in the youth services track and concentrates her field of expertise to children\u2019s and young adult literature and programming and services.
